Suspension and bushings are in okay shape with minor dry rot. Rear drum brakes look recently replaced as well as well as front pads. Rotors on front are starting to wear. All tires at 8/32. Recommend doing a transmission service if customer hasn't already. Oil is clean and at correct level. Recommend replacing timing belt.

2019 Ford F-150
Mileage151,558Service Date1/12/2026Services Performed- Found no oil on dipstick- recommend starting w/oil change. Scanned for codes and found: P0022 timing over retarded bank 2. Removed valve cover and found timing chain bad/loose on d/s- recommend replacing. Completed approved repairs and test drove vehicle- timing code came back as pending; possible defective part. Need to look into further. Tested solenoids and wiring to solenoids. All check out. Found oil pressure drops below spec at operating temperature. Timing system requires minimum of 15psi in order to operate. Found oil pressure will drop down to 8-9psi. Tried running 5-30 and lucas oil stabilizer. Allowed vehicle to idle for approximately an hour while monitoring oil pressure. Oil pressure now reading 16-17psi at idle. Test drove vehicle approximately 10 miles and P0022 and P0420 returned as pending. Recommend replacing engine.

Noticed oil change showing overdue by mileage on sticker- oil is low on dipstick and discolored; recommend changing oil and adding EPR to help engine fouling spark plugs.

D/S FRONT IS TIGHT, DO NOT FEEL ANY EXTREME PLAY IN STEERING/SUSPENSION. CAN SEE BUSHING WEAR/DETERIORATION IN D/S LOWER CONTROL ARM. D/S CASTER IS OUT OF SPEC BY APPROXIMATELY 1 DEGREE. WAS ABLE TO ADJUST TOE IN ON D/S FRONT. TEST DROVE VEHICLE APPROXIMATELY 10 MILES. CAN FEEL BRAKE VIBRATION FROM WHAT FEELS LIKE FRONT BRAKES. APPEARS TIRES HAVE BEEN REPLACED RECENTLY. BELIEVE LUG NUTS MAY NOT HAVE BEEN TIGHTENED ADEQUATELY CAUSING WHEEL TO COME OFF. DRIVERS FRONT FENDER HAS SUSTAINED DAMAGE DUE TO WHEEL COMING OFF. ABS LIGHT ON FOR D/S FRONT WHEEL SPEED SENSOR. CLEARED CODE PRIOR TO TEST DRIVE. CODE HAS NOT RETURNED.
