TEST DROVE VEHICLE TO DUPLICATE CUSTOMER CONCERN. COULD FEEL LOPE WHILE BRAKING BUT DID NOT EXPERIENCE A STEERING WHEEL VIBRATION AT THIS TIME. BRAKE PADS HAVE APPROXIMATELY 40-50% PAD LIFE ALL THE WAY AROUND. PASSENGER REAR ROTOR HAS GROOVE CUT IN ROTOR FACE, POSSIBLE ROCK, OBSTRUCTION BETWEEN PAD AND ROTOR SURFACE. RECOMMEND FRONT PADS AND ROTOR FOR VIBRATION. SPOKE WITH CUSTOMER, INFORMED CURRENT CONDITION OF BRAKES AT THIS TIME. CUSTOMER TO REPAIR AT LATER DATE.
