Scanned for codes and found: P0128 THERMOSTAT BELOW THRESHOLD. COOLANT FULL IN RADIATOR, ADDED 1 CUP OF COOLANT. PRESSURIZED COOLING SYSTEM. NO EVIDENCE OF ANY CURRENT LEAKS. RECOMMEND REPLACING THERMOSTAT. VALVE COVER GASKET LEAKING. OIL DRAIN PLUG HAS BEEN INSTALLED WITH SILICONE, BOLT HEAD NOT ACCESSIBLE. RECOMMEND REPLACING OIL PAN AND VALVE COVER GASKET.

TEST DROVE VEHICLE APPROXIMATELY 4 MILES. CAN HEAR WHAT SOUNDS LIKE FAINT TIRE NOISE. RAISED VEHICLE ON LIFT AND FOUND ALL 4 TIRES WORN ON CENTER TREAD, TYPICALLY DUE TO OVER INFLATION. UPPER/LOWER CONTROL ARM BUSHINGS WORN IN FRONT END. CONTROL ARM BUSHINGS IN REAR WORN AS WELL. CONTROL ARMS ARE COSTLY REPAIR, DO NOT SEE ANY EVIDENCE OF TIRE WEAR DUE TO WORN CONTROL ARM BUSHINGS. FRONT END FEELS TIGHT OTHERWISE. RECOMMEND INSTALLING 4 TIRES AND HAVING ALIGNMENT DOUBLE CHECKED.

P0087F0 FUEL RAIL SYSTEM PRESSURE TOO LOW P053F84 COLD START FUEL PRESSURE PERFORMANCE P019184 FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR CIRCUIT RANGE/PERFORMANCE FOUND INJECTOR 4 STUCK OPEN, DUMPING FUEL INTO ENGINE. SPARK PLUG FOR CYLINDER 4 IS GAS FOULED. RECOMMEND NEW PLUGS, OIL CHANGE AND DE FLOODING ENGINE AS WELL AS REPLACING CYLINDER 4 INJECTOR. RAN COMPRESSION TEST ON CYLINDER 4. HAS 150PSI. RECEIVED INJECTOR FROM DEALER. INJECTOR DID NOT MATCH PART REMOVED FROM CAR. DISCOVERED ENGINE HAS 2 SETS OF INJECTORS. RE INSTALLED CYLINDER 4 INJECTOR INTO CYLINDER 3 POSITION. STARTED VEHICLE. ENGINE NO LONGER MISFIRING. ALLOWED ENGINE TO IDLE FOR SEVERAL HOURS OVER COURSE OF 2 DAYS. TEST DROVE VEHICLE APPROXIMATELY 34 MILES AFTER RE INSTALLING PARTS. ALL COMPUTER MONITORS SET EXCEPT FOR EVAP. RECOMMEND RETURNING IF/WHEN ENGINE BEGINS TO RUN ROUGH AGAIN.

Test drove vehicle and let vehicle idle to monitor for noise. No belt noise heard. Found noise coming from front brakes; wear indicator is rubbing rotor; recommend remove/replace front brake pads/rotors.
