    • Alignment was way off. Found bolts very rusted. Aligned as best we could with time constraints. Customer may need to return to recheck/adjust alignment.
    • DISC ROTOR – Remove & Replace – Front,Both – [Includes: Repack Wheel Bearings (where applicable) and replace Pads (if necessary). DOES NOT include refinishing.]
    • Mount & Balance 4 Tires
    • Found tires are cupping and need replaced. Also found front brake rotors warped with pad 15 -20 % remaining; recommend replace brake rotors and pads, tires and recheck for noise while driving. -Replaced tires/brakes and aligned, noise improved but still slightly present from rear May need to return at later date to check out noise.

    • FOUND RIGHT FRONT RIM BENT AND HUBCAP DAMAGED BEYOND REPAIR. WAS ABLE TO REPAIR LIP THAT WAS BENT ON OUTER FACE OF RIM. REBALANCED PASSENGER FRONT TIRE. FOUND BOTH FRONT TIRES AT WEAR BARS. REAR TIRES HAVE BETTER TREAD HOWEVER D/S REAR TIRE IS STARTING TO DRY ROT AND PASSENGER REAR TIRE IS WORN. WILL NEED REAR TIRES IN FUTURE. RECOMMEND BOTH FRONT FOR NOW AND HAVING ALIGNMENT CHECKED. NOTICED WHILE CHECKING REAR TIRE CONDITION THAT D/S REAR SHOCK IS LEAKING. RECOMMEND REPLACING BOTH REAR SHOCKS.

    • Test drove car about 7 miles; felt the vibration around 70 mph. Got it to act up 2 times. Rotated rear tires to the front and went back to test drive car and could still feel vibration. Talked to customer and let him know that the vibration was not caused by the work we performed.
