PASSENGER SIDE LOWER BALL JOINT WORN. RECOMMEND REPLACING BOTH LOWER BALL JOINTS, OUTER TIE ROD ENDS, SWAY BAR END LINKS AND FRONT STRUTS. VEHICLE WILL NEED ALIGNMENT AFTER SUSPENSION WORK IS PERFORMED.

SCANNED FOR CODES AND FOUND: P0300 RANDOM MULTIPLE MISFIRE P0420 CATALYST BELOW EFFICIENCY BANK 1 TEST DROVE VEHICLE WITH SCANNER AND FOUND CYLINDERS 1,3,5 ON BANK ONE WILL INTERMITTENTLY MISFIRE WHILE DRIVING. BEFORE TEST DRIVING RETRIEVED 124 MISFIRES COUNTED ON CYLINDER 6. SWAPPED PLUG AND COIL FROM 4/6. NO MISFIRES SHOWING ON EITHER 4 OR 6 AT THIS TIME. RECOMMEND STARTING WITH CARBON CLEANING SERVICE AT THIS TIME DUE TO KNOWN CARBON BUILD UP ON THE VALVES.
REMOVED AIR FILTER BOX AND FOUND GOOD POWER AND GROUND TO BULB. TRIED SUBSTITUTING A NEW KNOWN GOOD BULB, NO CHANGE. RECOMMEND REPLACING PASSENGER SIDE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY.

Front/Rear brakes have 60% life left all the way around. Pads may be glazed causing the sound; make a couple hard stops to wear them in and make the noise go away.
