    • ADDED APPROXIMATELY 1 GALLON OF WATER TO FILL COOLING SYSTEM. FOUND WATER OUTLET ASSEMBLY LEAKING ON DRIVERS SIDE OF ENGINE. RECOMMEND REPLACING AND RETESTING. SERPENTINE BELT HAS SEVERAL CRACKS IN BELT AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.
    • COOLANT OUTLET – Remove & Replace – 1.6L Eng Connector Assembly,w/Vacuum Filling and Bleeding – [Includes: R&I Cowl Panel.]
    • WIRE IN NEW BATTERY CURRENT SENSOR/CONNECTOR

    • 3 weeks ago JF Evacuated the a/c system and found it .2lbs low on freon. Installed dye and recharged to capacity. No leak found at this time. Advised customer to drive vehicle and return if problem comes back so we can trace dye leak. Customer returned 10/23 w/same issue. Unable to find leak. Freon was not low. Gradually removed freon from system and it kept working. Still no leaks found. Appears to be a switch/sensor problem but unable to get it to act up while its been at the shop. Customer will need to return when problem persists more consistently.

    • TEST DROVE VEHICLE APPROXIMATELY 5-6 MILES FRIDAY. CAR DROVE FINE. ALLOWED VEHICLE TO SIT OVER WEEKEND. TEST DROVE APPROXIMATELY 10 MILES MONDAY 8/26. RETRIEVED CODE B1342 FAULTY CONTROL MODULE FROM ABS COMPUTER. LONGER VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN AFTER APPLYING THE BRAKE THE WORSE THE VIBRATION BECAME. RETURNED TO SHOP AND FOUND D/S FRONT CALIPER IS SEIZED. RECOMMEND REPLACING BOTH FRONT CALIPERS, HOSES PADS AND ROTORS AND RECHECKING.
