- Found spark plug blown out of 2nd cylinder back on drivers side head. Ignition coil was damaged due to plug blowing out of cylinder. Part of ignition coil spring in cylinder. Believe we got the majority of the spring out. Used a video scope to check inside of cylinder and did not see any remaining pieces of spring. Installed new spark plug with locktite and installed new ignition coil
