FOUND LARGE OIL LEAK COMING FROM FILTER AREA. CUSTOMER JUST HAD OIL CHANGED RECENTLY. FOUND OIL FILTER O RING IS LEAKING, POSSIBLE DEFECTIVE OIL FILTER. INSTALLED NEW OIL FILTER. TOPPED OF ENGINE OIL AND CLEANED OIL MESS FROM ENGINE AREA. RECOMMEND GOING THROUGH CAR WASH WITH UNDERCARRIAGE CLEANING OPTION FOR REMAINING OIL MESS.
