Pressure tested and did not find any blow outs. Found visible signs of leak on the p/s radiator tank. Fans working. Recommend radiator and thermostat replacement. Customer approved recommendation and added LOF and check engine diag 6/2/2022. 5pm-6/2/22- Customer called back and removed LOF.
RADIATOR – Remove & Replace – 2.0L Eng – [Includes: R&I Front Bumper Cover.]
THERMOSTAT &/OR GASKET – Remove & Replace – 2.0L Eng – [Serviced as an Assembly.]
Scanned for codes and found cylinder 1 misfire. Test drove vehicle after cooling system repair with scanner connected. No misfires at this time, may been contributed to cooling system failure. Ford has tsb for coolant loss and misfires, which results in engine replacement. Recommend returning with vehicle for further diag if code returns.

Scanned for codes and found P0171 system too lean bank1. P0174 system too lean bank 2. Current data is within vehicle specifications. Checked connection where customer supplied cold air intake, everything is in place. Saw where mass airflow sensor bolt had been broken off sensor however the other bolt is holding it tight to pipe. Sprayed sensor area with cleaner to see if fuel trims would change and they did not. Test drove vehicle approximately 8 miles after clearing codes and was able to set all readiness monitors except evap, no issues found at this time.
